Early announcement of opportunity to participate in an ESA system study on satellite-based VDES in the Arctic. The Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science plans to open a national call for proposals for a system study on a satellite-based VHF Data Exchange System solution in February 2026. The study will define, assess, and consolidate infrastructure options for delivering such services in the Arctic.
