EU cooperation on Open Science

As part of the development toward a more Open Science, free access to scientific publications and the sharing of research data are high on the political agenda in the EU. Open Access and FAIR research data are crucial to the EU's ability to streamline knowledge sharing, increase research competitiveness, and strengthen economic growth in the region.
