The Danish National Strategy for Open Access, adopted in 2014 and updated in 2018, set the strategic direction for the Ministry of Research, Education and Digitalisation’s work on Open Access to research publications and for its implementation by relevant stakeholders. The strategy expired at the end of 2025.
